About G150XG01 V.3：
G150XG01 V3 (Alias: G150XG01 V.3) is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from AUO, with a built-in WLED backlight, With LED Driver, without touch screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Final Ver1.0 which was released out on 11 16 2010, G150XG01 V3 supports display 1024(2)×768(2) (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGBW Rectangle. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326.5(W)×253.5(H)×13.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 310.18(W)×234.40(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.00Kgs (Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, G150XG01 V3 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 700:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/60/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 5.7/2.3 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 60% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 50K hours, With LED Driver. G150XG01 V3 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
