LQ043T3DG01 is a 4.3 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from Sharp, with a built-in WLED backlight, touchscreen 4-wire Resistive Touch. On the basis of latest version datasheet LD-20517A which was released out on 6 12 2008, LQ043T3DG01 supports display 480×272(RGB) (WQVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Horizontal Stripe. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, LQ043T3DG01 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 900:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/60/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 8/21 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 9S1P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type. LQ043T3DG01 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) + SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 67 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.15/3.15V (Typ.)(VDDIO/VCI).
